Dilston Campsite Booking

Important Information.

We have had to remove the ramp at the back of the building for safety reasons, whilst this was never meant as an accessible option for users there is now only stairs access to the toilet. There is no vehicle access to the building. Access is over a grass field if you have any questions regarding access please contact us at dilstonbookings@hadrianscouts.org.uk

IMPORTANT

Bookings for the 2025 season cannot be made through OSM at this moment in time. We are in the process of renewing our lease with the landowners. Until this is completed all bookings for 2025 will be 'provisional' bookings only and can only be made by using the contact form below, please tell me your Group Name, approximate numbers (Adults & Young People) and the dates you require and they will be added manually.

When booking it will ask for a pitch - select any pitch available, they are virtual for the booking system - 1 pitch allows 20 campers so if you have more coming book, the relevant number of pitches in blocks up to 20 per pitch e.g 45 people would need 3 pitches. When booking the building add in your camper numbers on the building there is no need to book a pitch as it doubles your numbers invoiced. Please be as accurate as possible when entering your numbers in the Core Details section, specifying the number of Adults and Young People attending. If you need to amend numbers in the future you will need to contact us.

If you can't book an item like the building it will already be booked for the dates you are trying.
